Become a Certified Change Readiness Practitioner.
Bring the Change Experience Profile and the DUEL framework into your own organization or consulting practice.
The CRP credential equips change consultants, internal change leaders, and executive coaches to administer the Change Experience Profile and apply the DUEL framework with their own clients. You walk away with a real-time diagnostic for chaotic change, the language and frameworks to address organizational anxiety without pathologizing people, and a community of advanced practitioners.
Stop labeling people resistant. Start surfacing what they actually need.
What it is
A practitioner credential, not a course
Most change-management credentials teach a sequence: do this, then this, then this. The CRP credential teaches a diagnostic: how to see what’s actually happening to people inside the change, in real time, and what to do about it.
Certification is a multi-week cohort program with live sessions, supervised practice with the Change Experience Profile, and a final case review. You leave authorized to administer the CEP in your own engagements.
